Our recently expanded restaurant, now occupying two floors, is decorated in a simple but characteristic way with an obvious Yunan style. Waiters and waitresses, dressed in colorful folk costumes of Yunnan ethnic minorities, give the whole restaurant an exotic hue. Yunnan dishes are known for their special seasonings, and their fancy names will make you even more curious about the taste. Dishes such as Beef Stewed with Mint Leaves and Sitting-hen Mushrooms in Sauce are highly recommended. A must to have is Guoqiao Mixian, “Across-the-Bridge Rice Noodles”, which have as many as a dozen ingredients, including quite a number of delicious Yunnan local produces.
