At Cooking Fish, Tasting Dish, we invite you to enjoy your meal as our chef and attendant prepare it at your table, following tested procedures to ensure the best taste. First, the chef will stir fry the spices, add thin soup and put in the fish to boil over a big fire for five minutes. Then, the attendant will turn the fire to medium level to boil the fish for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on different types of fish. Now it’s time for you to sip a bowl of soup. After the fish is cooked over a low fire for another five minutes, it is ready to serve. When you have finished 2/3 of the fish, you may feel liking having some vegetables. Afterwards, we suggest you soak a wheat cake or boil some noodles in the soup as a kind of desert.
