Welcome to Hunan-style Turtle Restaurant! This is a distinctive and reputable restaurant providing nutritious dishes, which has more than 10 years’ history. We strongly recommend you to try our local stewed turtle in clear soup and red-simmered turtle soup, which use the Zhonghua turtles raised in streams in Zhangjiajie, a natural reserve in Hunan province. We cook the turtle soup strictly based on Hunan local recipe, along with various nutritious herbs and delicacies. The soup is dense and the turtle tastes fresh and rich. The delicious soup we present represents the essence of traditional Hunan and Hubei cuisine. Zeng’s Mandarin Cuisine, taking essence from distinctive Hunan local food, is very well received by our customers in Beijing. In 2006, Beijing Government appointed Hunan-style Turtle Restaurant as a “Special Chinese Restaurant for the Olympics”.
