  • Actually, I felt very blue that weekend. Wind was blowing barbaricly and air was so dry. When I pushed the door of A-Che Bar & Restaurant, it seemed that I was in a morden Spanish town. It was so quiet, comfortable and concordant. Now let's take a look at the food here. Old clothes is the most popular dish. It is specialized as Spanish cuisine and tastes delicious. BBQ plate is also very great. In fact, I like roasted bell papper salad most. You can spend only 60RMB for a great lunch at weekend in A-Che Bar & Restaurant that makes you feel very cost-efficient.

  • After a long awaited reservation for this place. I finally got to go a couple weeks ago. That's right, our reservations were made in February and they had no opening on a Friday night until April 25th!
Well damn! This place has to be great right?!...Almost...

What hasn't already been said about the service? The service is superb. Someone came to fold our napkins anytime me or my friend got up from our seats. They changed utensils and plates after each dish and my water was never near empty. I'm surprised they didn't have someone cutting my food for me and feeding it to me. (That's something I could get use to)

Ok so on to our dishes: Everything was good, but I was slightly disappointed because I've had better. The creme brulee tasted much like the one I can get for under $10 at elephant bar. Also, with me being tuna tartare's #1 fan it just wasn't up to par. Don't get me wrong the dinner was still good, it just wasn't mind-blowing. Perhaps my expectations were just too high with all the fuss people make about this place.

  • I came here for dinner after a co-worker enthusiastically recommended it multiple times. The food is absolutely killer and beautifully presented. All of the dishes really showed an attention to detail - lots of fresh fish and bright colors. I was really impressed by the selection of unusual fish on the menu and had a really hard deciding what to order. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the atmosphere - it's extremely loud and crowded and there are only a few inches between tables. There also isn't much in the way in of decor. I'd definitely recommend here for an evening out with a small group of friends, rather than a romantic date.

  • Don't underestimate yourself. Don't refuse to listen. Don't bottle things up. Don't expect life to be fair. Don't stick your head in the sand. Don't beat your head against a brick wall. Don't think the grass is greener on the other side.
